Medical Coverage
Insurance Reimbursement Because OSA is a serious medical condition, claims for this therapy will be filed under your medical rather than dental insurance. We work with almost every medical insurance plan. We have successfully billed all PPO and HMO plans that offer sleep apnea coverage. We are participating providers with Medicare and Tricare. Every insurance company has different plans with requirements and benefits that vary greatly. Some plans require pre-treatment approval. Call our office so that we can perform a free, courtesy verification of your benefits. If you do not have coverage we also offer discount payment plans.
